Lavish Lifestyles Concierge provides bespoke travel planning and experiential event services, each approached with the same level of care, discretion, and attention to detail—but structured differently based on scope. Our work is highly personalized and relationship-driven. Every project is custom-built based on complexity, destination, and level of coordination required.

Travel Planning Retainers

Travel planning services are offered on a retainer-based model. This allows us to design, manage, and execute complex, multi-destination journeys with the level of attention our clients expect.

Travel Planning Retainers begin at $2,000 USD and are determined by scope of work, number of destinations, and overall complexity.

Travel Planning Retainers are professional service fees and do not apply toward the cost of travel. All accommodations, transportation, experiences, and destination services are billed separately based on the itinerary selected. This structure ensures seamless coordination, thoughtful design, and ongoing support from planning through departure.

Experiential Events & Special Projects

Experiential events, brand activations, and private gatherings are scoped and priced individually based on concept, scale, location, and production requirements. Event planning and production fees are quoted following a formal RFP.

We work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure the highest level of service and execution.
